EuroPosgrados 2009 Information

At registration, visitors in Mexico City gave us the following information about themselves and their academic interests:

In Mexico City, 49 % of the visitors were professionals, 43% were students and 4% were academics. 85% had completed their Bachelor, 13.5% already obtained a Master and 1.5% held a doctoral degree.

The fields of interest of the visitors were very diverse: Administration, Economy and Finances 14.5%, Engineering 11.5%,  medicine, pharmacy or health sciences 6.5%, Arts and Culture 7%, Marketing and Public Relations 6,5%, Social Sciences 8.5%, Informatics 5,5%, Humanities 6.5%, Rights and Politics 5% and others (like Commerce, Natural Sciences, Communication, Design, Architecture etc.) 28,5%.

51.5 % of the visitors wanted to study a Master in Europe, 16.5% a PhD, 14% a language course, 8% wanted to realize an investigation and 10% had other plans.

The majority of the visitors planned to go to Europe already the next year (61.5%), meanwhile 31.5% thought of going within two years and 7% later on.

 

At registration, visitors in Monterrey gave us the following information about themselves and their academic interests:

In Monterrey, 58% of the visitors were professionals, 37% students and 3% academics. 86% had completed their Bachelor, 13% already obtained a Master and 1% held a doctoral degree.

The fields of interest of the visitors were very diverse and just slightly different from the main interests of Mexico City-visitors: Administration, Economy and Finances 17,5%, Engineering 16%,  medicine, pharmacy or health sciences 7%, Arts and Culture 6,5%, Marketing and Public Relations 6,5%, Social Sciences 6%, Informatics 5,5%, Humanities 5,5% and others (like Commerce, Natural Sciences, Communication, Design, Architecture etc.) 29,5%.

56% of the visitors wanted to study a Master, 16% a PhD, 12% a language course, 7%  wanted to realize an investigation, 3,5% an international career and 4,5% had other plans.

Most of the visitors (65%) wanted to start studies in Europe the next year, 30% within two years and 5% later on.
